WNYIFT is the regional section of the non-profit Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), covering central and western New York state.

Our members are involved in all segments of the food industry: Food & beverage manufacturing, food science & technology, food safety, packaging, innovation, R&D and more!​ We network, connect and grow in our careers together, and sometimes we gather just for a bit of fun!​
